We enforce a zero-tolerance approach towards bribery and corruption in all its forms and comply with all relevant anti-bribery and corruption laws. No individual associated with Kohai Esports may offer, give, receive, or solicit any form of kickbacks, favors, gratuities, gifts, hospitality, donations, facilitation payments, preferential terms, or anything of value that could influence, or appear to influence, business dealings.

Objectives of the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

The objectives of this policy are to:

• Affirm Kohai Esports' dedication to conducting business ethically and with the highest standards of integrity.
• Ensure that the Board of Directors and senior management at Kohai Esports are committed to implementing and maintaining robust measures to monitor and prevent bribery and corruption, as well as continuously improving Kohai’s Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS).
• Require all individuals associated with Kohai Esports to comply with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (MACC Act 2009) and all other applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws at all times.
• Provide guidance on:
  • Effective procedures to prevent bribery and corruption.
  • Identifying and addressing bribery and corruption issues.

Violations and Reporting

Kohai Esports treats any violations of this policy with utmost seriousness and will take appropriate action, which may include reviewing employment or contractual relationships, disciplinary actions, termination of employment, or cessation of business with third-party contractors or service providers. Additionally, Kohai Esports will report any violations to the relevant authorities as required by law.
